In June 2024, our professional development journey Ngākau Aroha Parenting (now called Ngākau Aroha for Kaimahi) was independently evaluation by Wai Rangahau. The positive report highlights the quality of our programme, the benefits it gives the kaimahi who attend the journey, and for the whānau they support.

In August 2025, an independent evaluator completed a Social Return on Investment (SROI) on Ngākau Aroha for Kaimahi showing that for every $1 invested, $11.20 of value is created. The analysis affirms that the benefits significantly outweigh the costs, positioning our kaupapa as an effective and scalable model for social impact.
